The Baca In the late 1800s the Baca family (the proprietor's family) owned one of the largest tracts of land (96,000 acres plus) in the state of New Mexico. On a night of aces and eights Miguel Baca lost all 96,000 acres in a poker game. All that is left is a queen size bed in a separate room, two twin beds, a seating area with television, mini-refrigerator, a full private bath, and a unique family memory!!! |
